Actually, I took this picture at the Oregon Country Fair near Eugene in July of 2011. They were being modeled to draw people into the booth where the sandals were being sold, but I don't know who the vendor was. Somewhere I have my "newspaper" that lists all the vendors, and if I run across it, I'll try to figure out who it was that sold them and then post it in Comments here. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
